WHY WORK WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?Wt.Rm-n.middle19059

There are many reasons to choose to work with a personal trainer: weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness and athletic performance are just a few.

WRAC Personal Trainers are skilled at utilizing the latest exercise research and applying it to your training plan. There is a lot of poor information and gimmick exercise trends on the market that promise quick fixes. Personal Trainers can help you sort out the good from the bad and put together a plan that will get you on your way to achieving your goals and for everyone, they are different. Imagine having a fitness plan that is tailored just for yours! Your plan will help you avoid the plateaus that are common to many gym goers. It will include:

Cardiovascular Training
Resistance Training
Functional Training
Rest, Recovery, and Flexibility
Stability, Balance, and Total-Body Integration
Education, Guidance, and Accountability
Your Personal Trainer will help you discover the benefits of being functionally strong by using an integrated approach. We make sure to customize our system to your personal physical condition and limitations.
